AUPU doesn't ship to Hawaii yet.

Free shipping on orders over $100.

PLEASE NOTE You may incur additional shipping fee for remote address. The additional shipping fee ranges from $19.99 to $29.99.

 3. How long does the shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.

 4.How can I change my address?

We are sorry that the address of the shipped orders cannot be changed. If it has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at support@iaupu.com to change your address.

 5.What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We recommend you check with your neighbors first, packages may be delivered near your home or signed for by your neighbors. Alternatively, you can check with the carrier using the tracking number.
